the access issue means you probably also need multiple cisterns...one for
receiving along publicly maintained roads and then a pump line closer to
the house(s)

some of those lots butt up against BLM land as well which means you have
guaranteed open space on one or more sides of your lot.

mango that will produce fruit here in southern california.

he planted one in Hermosa and got fruit off of it.

Mangos sell for 10 cents a box. A box weighs 10 - 12kg. Mango pickers make about $10/day. Weed is still not legal here.

You met Uncle Baldomero the first time you were here. He and his wife came up when I had to go up to los United when my mom kicked the bucket. He collects $800/month ss. 4 years that he put in after he got his green card, 10 that his oldest son paid into his ss account as an illegal.
