Your starting point in the discussion didn't leave any room for moderation. Maybe that wasn't such a smart idea to begin with. So yeah, there's a lot of F-U going around right now. I don't know why any of you are even bothering to ask the question.

You're the one who is wrong here. The screeching I'm talking about predates Trump by many years. And to hear some people comment on it, that screeching is one of the things that has led to at least some of his support.FecalFace said:

And no, Trump calling reporters dishonest and biased isn't at all the same thing as calling every non-leftie stupid.
Besides, regardless how it started both sides are fully into it now. If anyone has any desire to see both sides working together on anything of substance then the only way that happens is if people start exercising more restraint WRT making every disagreement personal.
