In all cereal ness, the media simpleton in me figures if a steady supply of relatively current and sometimes even well targeted ads are appearing on this site (I know a lot of people use ad blockers, but many do not) then it is a small but profitable little pip in that media company’s portfolio. We generate content for free, bring a lot of steady eyeballs, and the CPM is probably a few bucks, if that, to get ads served to the thousands of daily visitors both, lurkers and participants
