I know I talk about being a teacher a lot. Maybe too much. But love it. And I think it's an important job.

Here is a video of me working as a substitute teacher. I hope this shows how seriously I take the job.

Subbing is the worst.

My last year of grad school I quit doing it.

And took out loans.

subbing is just an easy way to make money but is a waste of time for everyone.
Babysitting, and the older the students are the easier everyone excepts it.

Yep. I taught a middle school one in Salinas. They named it Opportunity Class. Filled with kids they wanted out of the general population. And one girl who was sent there because she brought an butter knife to open her avocado.
For the most part those kids were easy, except the 200 pounder who threw a punch at me when I told him after finding porn in his notebook I was going show it to his granny at today’s parent meeting.
