6’2 CHILLI MIDDY $450

This is a great board…but after 14months, I just got the call from Dane Perlee(Osprey Surfboarfs) that I’m up. So now I need to move a few.
6’2 x 20 3/4 x 2 1/2 36L, this one has been ridden just 2x. No dings, dent, shatters or repairs. This is the closest thing to a 1 board quiver that I have right now. Paddles like a beast and the modern rails, foil and rocker make it work in just about everything. Goes good in knee high to well OH swell. This is my 3rd Middy and will order another one after paying up for the Ospreys.
Comes with a Sympl tail pad, my signature wax job AND a Pyzel leash string!

What are you getting from Osprey? I talked to Dane in the water a couple months back and he told me his custom wait time had hit two years...

Not sure yet. Gonna meet with him next week to decide on a quiver to add to what I already have. Probably couple more twinzers and definitely a small(8’10) Singzer Demon. Pretty pumped to finally get to the front of the line!

Impressive rec for a board. That good? Top 10 all time??

It really is that good. Off the the top of my head, other than some of John Simon’s boards, I can’t think another board with that type of wider nosed outline that still has such a high performance rocker. And I also REALLY get along with the rail profile of all the Chilli models. Here’s a couple shots of the rockers on the last 2 I had, which makes it such a great all rounder

AM2 sides with WCT in the center on average days. AM2 all around when there’s swell
