Good lord, I’m not sure what’s worse, the head to head collision or her face dragging across the asphalt?
I know that the wide angle go pro footage makes the ridge they’re riding seem narrower and steeper on the right and left than it actually is, but still. These guys just turn real life into a video game. I can’t begin to imagine what it feels like to ride like that.
Sorry for being a Darwin awards candidate?
He's in worse shape due to the head knocking into the ground. Still in hospital.^ Would guess she took the worst of that horrible collision.
Pretty sweet! I bet the chain stays will be the tightest area, as far as tire rub; probably only fit 28's, but hopefully bigger.working on closing a deal on one of this make/model/year but with silver paint....

I sold this bike in 1998 and now have just sold it again. This owner only rode it twice, maybe 50 miles total, and the first owner, maybe not at all. It is the P13 racing model with sewups and Campy brakes. A racer's dream bike in 1974. It is all original, except maybe the gum hoods and...www.flickr.com
i wonder how big of a tire i can squeeze into those campy brakes?
Yeah, though bigger is better, imo. I'm on 35's now. There's a Gravelking SS that has a little less tread than what you have pictured. I really like them. They mostly just have the ridges on the outside.28's should be good enough to handle bike path that varies between bad pavement and graded dirt, right?
something like this maybe?

Pinch flats? Much better. Punctures? The same. How much better at not getting flats are 28s vs 24s?
Even with the old school skinny rims usually you can only go 25C max on an ancient racing bike like that.working on closing a deal on one of this make/model/year but with silver paint....
