I would think a lot of it comes down to Laird’s diet/line of superfoods and especially drinking his own cream to avoid toxins and inflammations.
He sells powdered coconut water so I guess he drinks a lot of his own juice too? As a waterman nobody is gonna know the importance of hydration better than Laird and maybe that’s also why he looks so good because as we all know moisture is the essence of wetness, and wetness is the essence of beauty.
