They do sell the parts. If you lose one or a part you don’t have to buy the set.
Bezt leash system but with docs I just added a swivel hook and attached it to my zipper. I actually lost the top piece you pull to remove plug and contacted surf ears to buy new one. They sent me another pair free "happen less then year after bought them"

I feel it you can hear equal good with surf ears plus better protection. I am not sure I would chance them with out leash but never once came out while surfing. Only issue happen on shore pulling out plug by tag mentioned above.Are those really that much better than Mack's? ENT doctor in Santa Cruz told me that all you really need is something to keep the wind and constant flushing out. Mack's do that just fine for me at least.
I hear at probably 50%. I’ve had my one and only pair for over a year and I dont use the leash. Never have fall out. Yet.
