I think so. Let's say you bought APHA at $16 when the seeking alpha and wsb started pumping it, and you set a trailing stop loss at 20%, you would have made about $6 per share this week, but after short term capital gains only about $4 per share. 25% gain is great if you did play it that way. I'm still waiting for Schumer to propose his federal legalization bill and then see what happens.
Im just going to grab an ETF for cannastocks and hold for awhile, we will see if dems make any headway...
