Every time I meet a 'life coach' I want to punch them in the face.

They are all losers, except Tony Robbins who is billionaire from milking suckers around whole world.

I heard that Robbins doesn't like to pay his contractors, ala DT.

To be life coach you need to be fairly attractive and have psychopathic tendencies.

To be a good one, you need to be an expert at program design.

I bet most are winging it, getting by on their charm.

I am currently unemployed and living near the epicenter (Canggu) of yogis/hipsters/digital nomads and life coaches - that actually make money. They seem to all blah blah the same concepts of living in the moment and heaps of self affirmation crap -

Looking to get in the field of "Life Coach"- any tips?:ROFLMAO:
I say your next career move is to set up shop permanently in Indo and become a surf guide/life coach/spiritual advisor, catering to wealthy tourists from around the globe. Start building a website, and focus on social media, e-mail marketing etc. Maybe employ some hot chicks to attract the well to do older gents (maybe some kine of escort agency on the DL) you can import Russians (they seem to love it there)

Being adept in deceptive pattern mimicry is a also a plus....

My life coach is an octopus.

Agreed - would be insane for her - she is speaking Bahasa Indonesian really well and living among surf bums, cool indos, digital nomads, hipsters, strong independent women and "life coaches" has her brain spinning on what is available to her and it doesn't include a traditional brick and mortar school anymore.

She is only 13 and rides the scooter to the store to buy beer for me - not sure how that is going to work back at home -

She just left on the scooter to check out the surf - she films it and then sends it back to me to see if I want to surf - hahaha

How does one finance such a life? Asking for me.

I work with some "life coaches" it's pretty crazy how much people pay for their advice and the advice is so simple. You could google it in 3 minutes, but people will pay a monthly fee for it. LOL.
When I was a bartender I had a customer who was a life coach. One of the regulars whom when I see him walk through the door I pray there are no empty seats at the bar. Super annoying. First time I asked him what he does for work and he said life coach. I was a little embarrassed for him. Maybe there are two kinds of people in the world w/r/t life coaches, those that need one and those that think it's bullshit.

I used to see him surfing all the time on the East Side of SC pretty often. Drove a newer BMW 3 Series. Come to think of it I never saw him IN the water or leaving the water, always only on the way to the cliff/beach. Maybe he just went down to the beach, watched, did a lengthy stretching routine, and then left.

where can I find a good life coach ? Right now I have some serious problems in my life, and I don't know how to solve them. I am really confused and I don't know where should I begin. I need a person that will help me get rid of stress and anxiety and guide me through life. I found a very interesting site https://robkish.life/affordable-life-coaching-certification-online/ with the best life coaching certification, and I am thinking about trying it. What do you think about it, is it a good idea, or maybe I should find something else?

If you live in LA, you can make a killing doing this snake oil sh!t. So many wealthy people will pay big money for this crap. It never ceases to blow my mind.

Have a friend in Huntington. She's a pretty smart girl, but not a lot money. She signed up for a series of life coaching classes at $400 each, and each are only a few sessions, with a large group of other people. I was shocked she would pay money for such bullshit, especially since she's not loaded. She said the coaching sessions are fully booked within a day of being announced. :foreheadslap:

Sales coaching is big biz too, and equally fraught with charlatans. "Find Your Why" types of chicanery are all in fashion currently . . .

IMO, this sort of stuff has to do with people feeling isolated. Rich people don't know who their true friends are, so they pay someone to tell them what they need to hear.

Sh!t, I guess I do the same thing with my therapist :roflmao:

Are all these life coaches you mentioned in February still making $$$?

If so, who is paying them?
i am no longer in bali but from reports these types have been slowly leaving bc of lack of funds

foreignors running out of money on their extended stay and have to go home and work

heading back to bali for late season
