Do they always say the polite person filming them threatened to kill them?
Dunno about that, but I do know that it's not uncommon for people who are calling the cops to say they thought they saw a gun as a means of drawing the immediate response instead of having to wait for 2 or 3 hours. Some people are assholes that way.

Science says that a dead person can make a sound?

It's really funny that you think I'm the worst person here.
He didn’t make any noise after he died. But when he said “I can’t breathe” not only was he alive, he was breathing.

Is there a part of that that you don’t understand?

Is there somewhere in this thread where i said he didn’t die or he spoke while dead?

Both you and the OP seem to want to argue for some reason even though everyone is in agreement the cop was way wrong here.

The part that I don't understand, other than why did you even bring it up, is that the man is dead and you claim he could breathe fine because he was making sounds.

Dead people don't make sounds.

And this was you first thought when you saw the video?

Caca wants to know what happened before.
Is there something that happened before that justifies the execution of a handcuffed man on the spot?

It appears he died from a blood choke, not an air choke. Also in the video YOU CAN HEAR HIM say he can’t breathe. When he was saying that he was breathing.

Are you ok?

Look, I'm grateful for the cops in the sense that I can send my wife to the grocery store and not have to worry about her getting banked by Tyree or some dope fiend. However, there is a trade-off: the cops make it safe for Karen and her male equivalent to run their mouths without fear of repercussions. Overall, the safety of the decadent Left is dragging us to the bottom like a giant millstone around our necks. I'm reminded of a passage from Sir John Glubb's "The Fate of Empires,"

An increase in the influence of women in public life has often been associated with national decline. The later Romans complained that, although Rome ruled the world, women ruled Rome. In the tenth century, a similar tendency was observable in the Arab Empire, the women demanding admission to the professions hitherto monopolised by men. ‘What,’ wrote the contemporary historian, Ibn Bessam, ‘have the professions of clerk, tax-collector or preacher to do with women? These occupations have always been limited to men alone.’ Many women practised law, while others obtained posts as university professors. There was an agitation for the appointment of female judges, which, however, does not appear to have succeeded.

Soon after this period, government and public order collapsed, and foreign invaders overran the country. The resulting increase in confusion and violence made it unsafe for women to move unescorted in the streets, with the result that this feminist movement collapsed. The disorders following the military takeover in 861, and the loss of the empire, had played havoc with the economy. At such a moment, it might have been expected that everyone would redouble their efforts to save the country from bankruptcy, but nothing of the kind occurred. Instead, at this moment of declining trade and financial stringency, the people of Baghdad introduced a five-day week.

– Sir John Glubb, the Fate of Empires, page 15
Edit: some of the libs on here would wind up with a screwdriver in their brains the minute there were no cops. Imagine FecalFace forgetting he wasn't on the internet and talking crap to some felon while he's wearing bike shorts.

Furthermore, women should not be allowed to vote.

Yeah, I dunno about that. We should probably wait for the autopsy.
I don’t know either. All I know is that he had a knee on his neck where there’s a major artery, he could breathe, then the video skips a few minutes to where he appears to be no longer conscious (which is what happens when that artery is blocked) and then he died (which happens when that artery is blocked for a long time.

I’m speculating based on the video that it appears he might have died from the blocked artery caused by pressure from the twink’s knee.

The autopsy showed homicide in the Garner case and the Thug cop got off anyway.

Don’t you want to know why the cop did what he did (what ‘happened before’)?

I do. But that’s because I like to have as much information as possible. Also, learning what led up to this is an important aspect of preventing it in the future. Which would be a good thing.

Women should be allowed to vote but their votes should only be worth 70% of men’s votes.
