I don't recall him mentioning the $338 Billion debt of Texas when addressing the relief effort for Hurricane Harvey.

Nor do I recall him mentioning the $180 Billion debt of Floriduh when addressing the relief effort for Irma.

So why is it that he can't seem to mention Puerto Rico's disaster relief without hanging their debts over their head?
