why aren't those that intentionally set fires that destroy thousand of acres of land and hundred of home and innocent lives including first responders, treated and tried as domestic terrorist using a weapon of mass destruction? Then sent to cuba to be waterboarded and imprisoned with the rest of the terrorists

Is large scale arson considered just an accepted american past time?

This country doesn't make sense
Two things:

1. The terrorists go to Gitmo so they stay off of American territory and are therefore not subject to Constitutional protections

2. The pussy culture that wants to use prison time for rehabilitation instead of punishment is why this guy won't be punished. Add to the fact that he has "mental illness" and we'll see him living out the rest of his days on a taxpayer funded vacation.
