Smartmatic Ties to Hugo Chávez Warned About in 2006

In 2006, The Miami Herald warned about Smartmatic’s ties to Hugo Chávez:

“Software engineers with links to the Leftist, anti-American regime of HUGO CHÁVEZ are in charge of programming electronic VOTING machines that will soon power U.S. ELECTIONS.”

2006 CNN Segment Warned Over ‘Venezuelan Controlled’ Smartmatic
Fifteen years ago CNN reported that watchdog groups were questioning why U.S. voting machines would be under the control of citizens from another country.

WATCH:

When Chicago had problems with the machines, a dozen Venezuelan employees were there to “help” with the election.

Dobbs told Pilgrim: “Let’s call the White House! Lets find out the answer so everyone knows by Monday evening. This is ridiculous!.”

“We’re looking into it actively Lou,” said Ms. Pilgrim.

Republicans held the entire government under Trump - why didn’t they do something? Why didn’t they agree with Sen Warren when she raised concerns? Weird.

So you admit that Senator Warren complained about Smartmatic. So did Amy Chlobacher. No, there was no congressional outcry from EITHER Republicans OR Democrats. Few issues get solved in democratic republics until politicians feel heat, and convince voters of a need. Now it's possible to convince voters of a need. Smartmatic/Dominion stole their election.

I don't need to "admit" it - it's fact. And it's fact that Republicans cared not one bit to look into it. But what's not fact is that the concerns raised in the past actually impacted the current election. That seems to be the way the courts are ruling on Trump's repeated complaints.

In the law, there's an equitable term known as estoppel by laches - it means that if you know about something and don't act on it, you lose the right to act on it later. In other words, too bad so sad.

AGAIN, there is only ONE Trump case ruled against .....Pennsylvania. And the appeals court has already agreed to expedite its appeal.

Trump and the American public are the victims of this theft. Trump does not, and did not, control congress, especially with the likes of RINO sell-outs John McCain, Bob Corker.and flakey Jeff Flake in command. Changing election procedures is one thing, but we're WAY past that now. This election was stolen. Invalidating the results is the only issue on the table. The side who perpetrated and gained from the theft are fighting tooth and nail to validate the cheating and validate the system which made it possible .....the system which the same side complained about in the past.

Are we to stay a democratic republic or are we to become a third world cess pit?

What does "they've already agreed to expedite its appeal" mean to you, exactly? And what ruling could they give that would invalidate the entire election? Similar question with regard to SCOTUS - how much of this legal stuff do you even understand? Even if the PA case went Trump's way on every legal question, the best that could happen is that it gets remanded to the trial court for a full trial on the merits.

Want to bet that the SCOTUS doesn't even grant cert on the PA case after the Appellate Court rules against Trump? I'm looking for a reason to pull my ass off this board again - give me one?
