http://www.milarepahotel.com/. Great surf and really romantic, beautiful private bungalows right on the beach. Only 4 of em so it's very secluded.
Surf is great and is uncrowded almost directly in front of the hotel.
You can fly Taca airlines for cheap tickets.

I went there for a week after finishing the medical boards and had an amazing time. Schedule: Surf in the morning, hang out in the inifinity pool watching the surf break with a beer in hand, grind some nachos from the bar, go surf again, back in pool with aforementioned beer, dinner romantic night in the plush rooms....REPEAT as desired
