which fin is better(strength, best for small-medium waves) ,..vector force fins with vff 0-degree,..or carbon fiber with medium flex

The Vectors are way better IMO, and I have ridden both for about a year each. You are about my size, so go for the 437 Vectors, or if you want the carbon go with 437's also.

is 437 carbon fins soft flex?..are the vectors as strong as carbon and im asssuming the vector 437's are small wave with the "vff 0-degree" accoring to the website

The ones I referred to are the 0 degree ones. They are basically normal fins with concave in the inside, and they haul ass. As far as strength, if you break a fin doing a turn I will personally send you my set. Neither fins or the boxes will break. The carbon and vectors have a similar feel, with the Vectors giving a bit more speed and drive.
