You can try a new key - sometimes the keys round off instead of the screw. They are a #4 size SAE allen head, or 3/32" in the hardware store.

If that fails, you can
1) flush with alcohol, let dry
2) put a dab of epoxy on the allen key
3) insert, let sit overnight.

If that fails try an easy out.

It sounds like he meant the threads are stripped.

Why doesn't Futures use a metal thread liner in the box?
