Dude's inconveniencing the wrong people. Even though the bulk of DMV employees are doing absolutely worthless (especially in CA) busy work ie. administering the collection of money that never seems to go to the task of road repair- their job is soul killing drudgery and I kinda' feel sorry for them.

but not as insufferable as the douchebags that work at the DMV. Those people are lazy careless dolts and should be sent to FEMA camps.
