g'day surfdoc. i'm here to ask about creatine. what are your thoughts on using it, in relation to surfing and overall strength? i am basically looking to bulk up a little bit, and i'm using the growling dog creatine right now, for "light loading". this means i use 20 grams a day for the first 5 days and then 5 grams a day for the rest of the duration using it. here is the thread i put on the main board about it...
