Thanks for the good words.

No doubt about it, I love this board. It's been a tough mindshift for me to put it up for sale, but I'm hoping that it goes to a good home and makes somebody as happy as it made me. This was my first real "fish", and truly changed the way I approach surfing.

I've been styled out by countless BBers over the years, so my hope is that someone sees this as a good deal.

And a special shout out to LESider, for pimping that shot one last time. Although, it's not even my favorite shot in the sequence...

bobsurf let me try this board out awhile back and it's
definitely a fun fishy...especially for a bigger dude like
myself. Someone will be stoked for sure.

That board is a beauty. I'm 6'2", 200lbs (not fat, I carry it well). Is it too small for me? Anyone?

I've pushed the 200lb limit during this board's lifetime, and it's plenty. 2 inches shorter than your height is spot on for length.

I've got a few pm's and emails, I'll respond in order and hope it goes to a good home.

6' fish is a perfect length for someone that's 6'2". that's what i ride and I'm even pushing the 230lb mark. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/foreheadslap.gif" alt="" />

For reference, I'm 6'3", 205 lbs. or so, and that board
was plenty big for me. Paddles really well for someone
your/my size.

Why are you selling it?<img src="/forum/images/graemlins/foreheadslap.gif" alt="" /> I think you are going to regret it someday.

To prospective buyers, this board is insanely fun to ride. Ridiculous, even. If I didn't have a new board sitting at Moonlight, waiting for me to pick up, I'd buy it, for sure.

Apparently I'm going through some sort of minimalist quiver stage. I have an idea as to what my ideal board rack looks like, and a few boards I have just don't fit perfectly. Essentially, I've just got too many boards that overlap in functionality. Mr. Hankey fills a good spot, but I've aleady met with GH to get a new and improved version. Going with a somewhat refined twin fin, glassed a bit lighter and a bit shorter.

Very happy indeed. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/rockin.gif" alt="" />
I was grinning all the way home, I was even going to call
bobsurf from the car to tell him how stoked I was for
selling me his board! but opted not to... Hehe.

Cant wait to ride it in the morning. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Nice Stick man! Brings back memories of my youth when I used to make winged bonzer fish for S.D. county locals in the late 70's and 80's they ripped at big rock, south garbage, and blacks...
