Changing of the guard. I hired a retired NYPD detective (badge 3 I believe) to direct our North America security operations 10-15 years ago. He resigned after 2-3 years due to his health issues. Was later notified by his wife who said he hit the wall with all the meds and issues and stopped all treatments. He passed several weeks later. Quality of life challenges? I think so, sorry he’s gone.
