The House will certainly bring impeachment charges if they believe a crime has been committed. And if not, you have to assume they had no proof of a crime. Why don’t you let it play out before making a call the HOuse hasn’t yet made itself?
Impeachment is a political calculation far more so than a criminal investigation. You should know that.
The House also has the ability to refer to federal prosecutors. Why don’t you wait until that happens?
