i pull out the gloves before the booties here in socal. arthritis is a bitch. no fun driving home and not being able to grip a steering wheel.

I have a pair of 1.5 mm gloves that I'll use. They are surprisingly warm if the sun is out and the temps are in the 40s or 50s. Its like you're not even wearing gloves. I'll wear them as often as I can to avoid the claw or 3 or 5mm five fingers.
