AT least three of the E.A.S.T. surfers have shaped their own borts. I remember Noa Deane had shaped 10-12 pre-2013 and rode several of his own shapes (with his own shaped fins) in some early video parts. He was riding for Rusty Surfboards and apparel and would put Rusty stickers on his own handshapes. Dane has shaped quite a few borts and actually surfed one in a heat in France (2016 Quicksilver Pro IIRC). Shaun Manners has shaped about 10 of his own borts.

None of those guys would call themselves shapers.
