Deliberately reach hand out of open window, open door from the outside, push door open with left leg, state which hand you are reaching for your seatbelt, unbuckle seat belt, move empty hand back to perfect line of sight before moving, then, exit vehicle.
The police are pulling over a murdered out SUV with unsee-able through tint at night. They don't know who the f--k you are. Try to empathize with their fear of the unknown, just a little bit.

It uses the "stickshift hand" to VERY SLOWLY reach across its body and open the car door, if at all possible using the outside door latch.
It slowly gets out of the car, and asks the officer if they want feet, knees, or face onto the ground.
The ENTIRE TIME REACHING FOR THE CLOUDS!!!

Putting it all on the scared civilian held at gunpoint over minor Traffic violation which was false. The guy was in no way acting like a tough guy, your point does not fit in this case.
The guy wasn't getting the fuck out of the car as peacefully and cooperatively as possible; my point fits in this case even if the motivation wasn't being a tough guy.
There are two simple choices.
1. Do what you're told by the cops (and your teachers and firefighters and military personnel while trespassing on base at Mayport to hide behind the jetty for groomed peaks).
2. Do not complain.

You are way off base here. I know all the keyboard legends here would know exactly what do while having conflicting orders screamed at them under gunpoint and pepper sprayed but it is a little different in real life.
