Anybody see the latest in his Insta? Flare Grinder mashup. My Flare is 5’10 GX is 6’0 and I love them both. Guess I can justify a 5’11 GX Flare in the mix.
Tim confirmed that his standard poly builds are 4 warp bottom and top with a single layer of 4e on top

there's a 5'10 quantum quad I can snag but i'm worried it might be too big. I usually daily a 5'9 flare at around ~30-31L range and a RNF retro thats 5'6 x 20 3/5 x 2.4 at ~32L.
The quantum is 5'10 x 21 1/2 x 2 9/16 at ~36.8L. Just looking for something that paddles well and is fast for shoulder+ points, but want to still be able to turn the thing
mines having glass on hobby template. make sure u discuss placement and fins u plan on running. he uses diff placements depending on boar length n fin template

Glass ons. Tim can glass on Hobies or his own template. Hobies work really well in his boards and are a good option if you don’t want fiberglass.
Had a longer and narrower Quantum that went pretty damn well with Capt Fin McCallums. Couple waves on that thing are locked in the spank bank. I should order another and return to the source.
