Watch the SD video again. They were in at least 3 of the 4 lanes of freeway in dark of night with people driving 60-70+ coming out of nowhere. You know how many feet per second you travel at 60-70mph with people moving into almost the fast lane, with no warnings to slow down? At 70 you travel the length of a football field in 3 seconds. Surprised more idiot people didn't get hit.
Wrong.

From the article:

Two climate activists climbed the north side of the bridge early Monday morning, saying in a press release that they were demanding that the government "halts all new oil and gas licenses and consents."

"They may not have directly caused the M20 accident," former Metropolitan Police detective chief inspector Mick Neville told The Sun. "But had their irresponsible demo not taken place, the women and van driver would probably not have been there."

The argument they're making is that the traffic jam (people slowing down and gawking) caused people to take the M20 (a different freeway) to bypass the bridge. The accident happened on the M20 and not where the protest took place.

The argument that "protestors have blood on their hands" is a stretch but it's Fox so who gives a sh!t.

Great trigger for the low information crowd. :poke:
