The biggest trip is those skiers up on the slope (one going "uphill" and the other pointing "downhill") looking down in pure safety like, ' oh you're fvcked mate" and totally out of danger only yards away.

Who's that guy swimming in the lineup? I would dive/spearfish that but edge of that reef all day long on the surface, with swim fins and a camera, no thanks.

Imho, pound for pound, The Right is the heaviest wave in the world. It's like another step up from Chopes.

Check the wave at 2.20

After two years this incredible photo by Tim Bonython is once again making rounds on the Internet. Bodyboarder Shane Ackerman (lower center frame) is caught inside on a mega wave at The Right in Western Australia. Shane survived... barely.
don't even want to know how far under yod have to dive in order to avoid getting sucked and taken....is it even possible? doubt its deep enough for that to be a reality...is it even a wave or just the ocean sucking out? fug.

That's a water photographer. He made it over fine.

One guy who shoots fisheye shots out there is Russell Ord. True madman. Check out this teaser of his documentary.
