Anyone recommend a wind foil setup for light wind / flat water?

Just windsurfed (no foil) for the first time on a big learner board/sail with light wind. Was very fun.

I live around 1 hr from the nearest (occasional) surf currently, but just a short walk from a nice lake with pretty consistent 5-10kt+ winds several days per week.

I saw this video and thought something similar to this strapless setup could be a lot of fun here:

Looks like this guy is flying his foil with light winds:

I've surfed and sailed since I was little but I've never foiled and maybe I'm tripping to think I could jump right to wind foiling...
