Thanks! GOP very ineffectual at addressing violent crimeGood luck in November.
Is Eric Holder out of jail yet?1/6 committee making DOJ job easier. Easy way to highlight people with info to hide when they refuse subpoenas.
ADN!!!
Political prosecutions are unseemly. 100% guarantee this one is dismissed the by a judge...or the DOJ drops the charges before they are embarrassed.
This is the first time the FBI and the DOJ have gotten involved in a political fight. Historically this has been handled as a civil matter. Remember Eric Holder? Perp walking a guy who is claiming executive privilege instead of going to a court and compelling testimony is now just the beginning. Probably just a coincidence that Navarro was on TV yesterday calling for the impeachment of Biden.
The shoe is in the other foot in November. Democrats do have a way of letting the genie out of the bottle.
If he did something wrong he should be held accountable. It's the method that's the issue. For ever these things were handled appropriately. Now it's all politics all the time. it is completely inappropriate and unprecedented for the DOJ to be involved like this, much less perp walk a high ranking advisor when they could have called him and asked him to come in. There is a civil court in DC that has a docket for these things.these guys were up to something
I don't get why people don't want a full accounting for what transpired between state, federal, and NGO parties leading up to and on the day of Jan 6th
worst case, it's unprecedentedly bad. best case, it's a nothingburger
You disagree with the way Democrats are doing something, but think the Republicans should do it also, only more?If he did something wrong he should be held accountable. It's the method that's the issue. For ever these things were handled appropriately. Now it's all politics all the time. it is completely inappropriate and unprecedented for the DOJ to be involved like this, much less perp walk a high ranking advisor when they could have called him and asked him to come in. Here's a question for you. This isn't the first or last subpoena that is being fought. Why didn't they act like this with the other guys, which includes Steve Bannon? Is it because 24 hours prior the other guys weren't on MSNBC saying they were going to be working with congress on impeaching Biden after the midterms?
The DOJ is now a political tool. Come January 2023 the republicans are going to demand that every referral they ship over to the DOJ is carried out the same way.
@afoaf100% guarantee this one is dismissed the by a judge...or the DOJ drops the charges before they are embarrassed.
I think this only excuses Meadows from a contempt of congress charge? Isn't he also charged in Georgia with two crimes: "Violating Georgia’s RICO act — an anti-racketeering law — and soliciting a public officer to violate their oath. He denies wrongdoing."
What happened on 11-8-22?If Democrats were smart, they're not, they'd focus on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 not January 6th.
Good luck in November.
