Lots of guys on hpsbs and step downs lately. The guys on mid lengths usually suck and are in the way like me. I want an hpsb again.
I;m kinda picky with traction. if I'm spending 600-1K on a board I don't really think twice about whether a pad is $20 or $50
My favorite pad is probably the astrodeck nathan but honestly i'm not super picky as long as it has a mellow arch and it doesn't peel up. Old CI Jordy pad was a good one too. I used to be flat pad guy but I prefer an arch now on my HP boars.
