If you listen to the Russian narrative, that would be Biden. The guy supplying the Ukrainians with weapons and requesting they become part of NATO.

If the US did it, it was done in the interest of the United States. It's not really blame by pointing out that it's a possible scenario.

And proof in point, this is what we hear, they hear what I posted.
Before this started, we got RT News Channels freely. Immediately they were pulled and replaced with Ukrainian News Channels. Out of sheer curiosity I VPN'd RT News, and voila. The other side of the story.
Not taking sides, just observing from the sidelines as both stories unfold.
Thus my original point, exact opposite stories, pending on who you are getting it from.
