Alll the bailouts, the war, grants, incentive checks, aid to foreign countries, etc, etc, sounds like the u.s. gov. has plenty of money to throw around. So whats the big deal with another $700 billion? Are the taxpayers going to really actually pay for it? Are their taxes going to be more next year? What if the taxpayer didn't like what the gov is doing and just didn't pay taxes, kinda like homeowners that can't afford to pay thier mortgage. They all just quit paying, and the banks, and local law enforcement don't have the manpower to kick everyone all out at once. I've talked to some homeowners that haven't paid their mortgage in over a year, and haven't recieved a NOD or foreclosure notice, nothing.
