Found a 6'10, it felt like too much board, so I went to rusty for a 3rd time today and got a slightly thinned out 6'8. Stocked! I think you could see it on rusty Instagram maybe.

I wish I had the time to drive all the f over SD county all day long looking for one specific board.

It's been good practice at how to get around down here. Lot of loopy roads in San Diego county. If my phone died I would have to get to the water to know where the fvck I am.
nice little adventure. I have a 6'10 in stoke dims. it's great, just doesn't get ridden much 
The 6'10 felt nice, but I had to be realistic...if it's too big for this 6'8, I really have no business in the water 
ha ha yep. best thing i've done in the last couple of years is swallow my pride and take out the big board even when you don't fully need it. best thing I've done for myself.
I love Dan's boards but I've never seen anyone ride a Hydronaut at a DOH reef break in SD. Those breaks need a lot of paddle power.
+1. I rarely see tomos at the NCSD reefs in general.
There’s that one duuu that annoys a lot of people but hes the only one and they’re oversized crutches for him, imo.
That's cause the only people that can ride em are people like tomo or super ripper locals. Regular folk will just exist as buoys on equipment like that.
They are, IMO, boards for clean rippable surf. Not please-leash-don't-fail-me-now days.
Yeah, barrel boar according to two ripper friends that have them. They did say it paddles bigger than expected FWIW.
