The 1st Amendment protected from those who hate free speech and religion.
The 2nd Amendment protected for the next generation.
Wow, there are only 2 amendments?

What about that one that says that cops should not kill unarmed citizens?

What organized militia do you belong to?

Who is it that hates free speech?

Is it that guy that calls the press enemy of the people because they dare to criticize him?

So many questions.

Being as non-activist, Constitutionalist judges are viewed as "right wing" it will bring a more originalist view of the Constitution and Bill of Right that will benefit the most people possible

"Equal rights for all, special privileges for none"

No more dead babies?

Personally I think a right wing, straight constitutional court would be a great thing.

Then maybe, Congress will start writing clear concise laws that the people elect them to write.

The Democrats will definitely take Congress and the Presidency in 7 weeks.

Nancy and Chuck and Joe, here's your big chance

Would be cool if they shot down all of the unlawful spying on Americans but we know Roberts is down with it so probably will continue

Did the founders envision a Constitution that that was set in stone and not open to interpretation and could not change and adapt to the times? Are we locked into a 18th century world view?
