In CA, background check agencies are legally prohibited from reporting arrests without convictions unless the case is still pending.Did I say that?
I said the threat of arrest is a big deal for many with a professional license. Unless you're a physician.
In my job you have to list any prior arrests on an application for employment too. Often any prior arrest gets your application tossed regardless of wether charges got dropped - a firearms arrest automatically labels you too dangerous to hire.
Of course if the agency is based elsewhere then that's irrelevant. In CA, background check agencies are legally prohibited from reporting arrests without convictions unless the case is still pending.

Serious question - do you actually fill out a job application still?Of course if the agency is based elsewhere then that's irrelevant.
CA law makes it illegal to lie on application anyway so not a good idea to bother trying.

It was when I was in high school.
Let's say I went to a massage parlor and the massage girl offers to jack me off and it was a police sting.Did I say that?

You know a campaign is in trouble when deepfake ads are the most newsworthy thing you have.
