haha, this is actually quite big for me. I usually surf 22-24 liters so maybe it might work for you? It's pretty wide from nose to tail, rails are pretty straight.

I imagine it would go insane if it was a bit smaller for me. Just had kid #2, so was planning on saving this board when I started getting fatter/lazier (which is already happening) but just don't have any more space in the apartment.

I'm 6'1" 185 and my 5'2" polymath is probably the most fun board I've ever had. Don't be afraid to go small on these, they're just square hunks of foam that work really really well in slopey waves.

Thanks jkb!

Yup, Hdip is right. I think going smaller is the way to go with this board. Worked fine as a groveler but I think it would go better for someone bigger than I.

I like my polymath so much I'll give you another free bump. Figure out how to post these instagram posts for some shots of a polymath in action.

Can you compare those two boards? Interested in how a manta style board goes compared to the polymath.

I've owned a Flying Manta as well. I'd say the Polymath is a better all-around board...has more rocker and seems to work better in better waves. The Polymath is not as wide either. The Manta and the Kennedy I had a lot of fun on at mushier spots and at point breaks..small beach break days too. Both boards are too big for me so I haven't ridden them a ton.
