Kind of surprised more airlines don’t do this for areas heavily trafficked by surfers.

Well not really that surprised as surfers, myself included, are still big enough suckers to pay up.

now on international flights if they can get the flight attendants under the age of 65, less than 200 lbs and friendly i might enjoy the flights more

So surfer in CA and I both travel from home to nicaragua and my ticket is $400 MORE than yours due to board bag fees??

They need to drop them all together.

it all still comes down to your board getting there in one piece. which with this, is now less likely than ever.

I got foam insulation panels and cut them wider and longer than my boards. They are entombed in my bag. Only adds like 5 pounds. Best travel trick.
