We will see if billionaires are above the law, the idiot waived due diligence. Going to be interesting to see how see tries to wiggle out of it. One thing for sure this scumbags word is worth nothing.

No they don't. It's a contractual issue. At worst, it'd be trade secret information and they'd submit to the court sealed/confidential. But Elon's going to pay the $1B breakup fee and walk away, or he'll settle by purchasing at a lower price (which was probably the goal all along).

imho, if twitter has dirt, the last place they wanna be is in court over contractual issues.

its a simply breach of contract claim. If he waived feasibility then he’s in breach. Doesn’t matter why, unless it was fraud discovered After the end of diligence period. But he knew of the bot issue from day 1 and Twitter was clear about what it was producing so it’s unlikely he’ll get a crack at compelling new evidence now.
