Can you tell us why Tucker didn't address the provocation that Judge Bruce identified?
What provocation? Quite frankly, given the conduct of the hostile crowd I wouldn't have a problem with a citizen raising a rifle to back up hostiles. That is NOT provocation in my opinion even IF what you claim were true.
And? Its not a persuasive argument even if you could prove he pointed the gun which I don't believe has been proven. It is not unreasonable for an armed person to point a weapon at an advancing threatening mob. That is not provocation, it is part of the self defense response.
