Should the company who has wrapped themselves in the garment of public trust be allowed to lawyer up when the state asks to question them? I'm not sure the 5th Amendment applies here. It's a stall tactic.

Did they, or did they not, provide software which is hackable, which can be made to alter vote counts?

Dominion backs out of hearing before Penn. legislature

November 20, 2020
Pennsylvania's State Government Committee was scheduled to hold a hearing on Friday with Dominion Voting Systems, but on Thursday night, at the last minute, Dominion "lawyered up" and backed out of the hearing.

State Representative Seth Grove, Interim Chair for the State Government Committee and Chair of the Government Oversight Committee said that Dominion Voting Systems was used in 14 Pennsylvania counties. Those counties contain 1.3 million voters, representing 19 percent of voters in the state.

Grove said that they were going to have a hearing with Dominion, and that he was looking forward to hearing Dominion back their product and offer information to Pennsylvania voters.

"Last evening Dominion voting systems lawyered up and backed out of their commitment to the people of Pennsylvania to provide input in a public format in which 1.3 [million] Pennsylvanian's entrusted. Instead of running toward the light of honesty and integrity, Dominion Voting Systems retreated to the darkness.....

BREAKING: Georgia SoS Backtracks on Announcement the State Has Certified Election

Nov 20, 2020 3:09 PM ET
It appears someone in the Georgia secretary of state’s office got a bit over their skis, after Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced today that Georgia had certified former Vice President Joe Biden as the state’s presidential winner, which our own Streiff reported earlier on Friday.

Now, the office is backtracking on that. In a live update, under a banner reading, “Georgia secretary of state issues correction, saying certification of its general election results is still under way,” the Washington Post reports:....

nope, Georgia is done:

ATLANTA (AP) — Georgia’s governor and top elections official on Friday certified results showing Joe Biden won the presidential race over Republican President Donald Trump, bringing the state one step closer to wrapping up an election fraught with unfounded accusations of fraud by Trump and his supporters.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger certified results reported by the state’s 159 counties that show Biden with 2.47 million votes, President Donald Trump with 2.46 million votes and Libertarian Jo Jorgensen with 62,138. That leaves Biden leading by a margin of 12,670 votes, or 0.25%.

Later Friday, Gov. Brian Kemp certified the state’s slate of 16 presidential electors. In an announcement streamed online, Kemp did not clearly endorse the results. Instead he said the law requires him to “formalize the certification, which paves the way for the Trump campaign to pursue other legal options and a separate recount if they choose.”

LOL.

That's what happens when you pretend you know something you don't. You end up looking stupid. LOL. Same will happen in Michigan. And PA. And overall. And you'll still try to tell us otherwise. Because you're stupid.

Just a reminder. We aren't just dealing with criminals committing election fraud. This is an organized, centrally directed coup.
.
Right. A vast conspiracy that required the coordination and cooperation of thousands of state, local, and federal government officials, operating in sync, in utter silence, leaving zero evidence of their existence. That's one possibility.

Another possibility is that one candidate, never who had a majority approval rating, not even once in four years, and who virtually never polled higher than his opponent, simply got less votes than his opponent.

Biden’s up 6 million votes. Can you imagine thinking Trump somehow isn’t the loser? Squidley’s mental illness is something else.
