I jumped into my sister's jaccuzi this morning and it was 58 and if felt F'ing cold.
It's a lot more pleasant to do cold training when it's hot outside.
Ice baths in the tropics would be a game changer.
It's takes 6 hours to warm up in hot weather when you do cold cold training.
I love it when hotels have ice machines.
Fill up the bath and get the party started.

How did he not become infected with COVID by how well he managed to manage this pandemic situation? I didn't vote with Biden, I just voted against Trump. While he benefited from the best medical services, my wife passed through a complicated surgery, the transplant of a kidney, and died due to the error of doctors. Is it fair? I was thinking that we have the best medical service, but the actual crisis show me contrary. I'm still in depression while the https://www.cmglaw.com team investigates the case.
