it's crazy, it legitimately is a great ad for that board and contributes to him looking horrible. The board looks super "skatey" really on top of the water, planing though flat wall easily, like it has way more volume than it does. It makes it easier for him to do those spastic half-pumps. I'd definitely try that board.

Always tuned out for Logie heats back when he was on the CT, but it's impressive the speed he can generate from nothing. Humbling when he paddles out at one of the regulars.

As someone who has surfed that spot and nearby several times over the course of the past 2 weeks, I can confirm that the dogshit waves he was surfing were in fact the same dog sh!t waves in the video. He made them look less burgery than they were.

Wind likely shifted a bit onshore while he was out.

Casa is right.

I don't dig Logie's style, but he made those waves look super fun. That board looked really under his feet too. Stamps & Logie for the win.

I stand corrected. Can I get a small win, though, in stating that it was at least very selectively edited? Showed knee high nothings at first, then totally surfable waves once Travis got out there. Please? :)

I agree. The waves did not look the same. The sun was out in the beginning too and then looked a little less sunny on the waves he was surfing. I say it was a different day.

Haha yeah he definitely was on the best waves, and the tide probably dropped fairly significantly over the course of his session too.

Basically, he was on the wave at 1:25 in the vid, but with less water on the sandbar.
