A few of us old guys going to tow foil outer reefs that are empty . Rarely surfed spots well away from peeps .
we will only be at reefs with zero humans in the line up .
we have a sled , floating tow rope .
Any words of wisdom from the foiling crew .

Quite a few guys doing it around here.

I surf one of those out of the way, way out to sea spots, and the local tow foil guys are super respectful and considerate. Will give me a ride back out after long waves, and will tell other teams off if they get too close to paddle surfers.

They also look after each other, which is needed in big playing fields.

Be prepared, courteous, friendly, and look after your mates and others. That's my advice.

And good luck. Nothing like being way the heck out to sea by yourself - love it! :)
