Went to med center yesterday and the doc wanted to stitch it up (bottom of foot). Hey told me if stitched I couldn't walk on it. I have to work and can't pull off the next 10 days on crutches so I super glued it shut. It's a pretty nasty gash. Honestly I think it was glass that cut it. Could have been a barnacle.

PS: glad I didn't trunk it because when I put on my trunks (that I haven't worn in several months) I realized that they are now way too big for me. they would have definitely not stayed on.

Had I known how warn it is/how wimpy SD county surfers are I would have trunked it. Short John would have been perfect but I didn't have mine with me.

Maybe I have less body fat than the Duffman. He may have a thicker "water barrier" than I do. lol

I was in a very thin 2 mill matuse SAR suit and was perfect.. maybe a tad chilly. I surfed from 6:15am to about 8:30am.
Next to me was a beast of a man. Little bit of hair on his back, beer belly, about 6'1 and about 205/210lbs trunking it for over an hour.

No way I would have lasted that long.

I was on my Tomo DA Vader, just to keep this thread on track.
