I don't think it's an incut, just a very strait section before the hip that brings the tail width in a bit. It, combined some other special sauce, gives it a more pivotal, playful character compared to a traditional twin keel fish.

I've put a straight edge on mine. There is an illusion of one...but no, there is no incut. The outline straightens before and after the hip.
