You are 1,000% WRONG. The Constitution gives no procedure for declassifying documents. A couple of Supreme court cases confirmed that there IS NO PROCESS REQUIRED for a president to declassify documents. He can merely mention a document outside of of its classified use and, at least for that instance, it's declassified. If a president wants anyone else to take note that a document is declassified then he should make a notge, BUT IT'S NOT REQUIRED.

All of this springs from the fact that the Constitution grants presidents the unabated authority over the executive branch of government, the branch which renders the information in all executive branch documents.
Yes, this is true.

But there are plenty of statutes that make taking even declassified documents illegal.

And there are some documents he can't declassify.

And he can only declassify them as president, not after he's gone.

So, did anyone see him declassify documents? Are they documents that he's not allowed to take with him, even if he says he declassified them? And what was he intending on doing with the documents, declassified or not? Many questions, few answers.

FYI Google translate thinks you're a Bulgarian.

Белград по право е българска глина!
Big Tech Bias. :cursing:

Most of the time I can speak serbo-croatian to Bulgarians and they would speak bulgarian back like it's the same language.

That's why I can claim to be a multi linguist. :dancing:

It's literally just play by play of the factual events.

But they can't digest facts unless Bongino or Cucker wrap them in bullshit and serve it to them.

Bullshit.

Of course this is the same FBI team which concocted peeepeegate. It confirms that the Mar-A-Lago raid sprang from Trump’s peepeegate lawsuit against the DOJ and the FBI. This means that that the raid did NOT, as you and your media accomplices claim, come from some nonexistent independent investigation of Trump for sequestering confidential documents.

This is the FBI and DOJ illegally covering their asses. The Federal Bureau of Misinformation.

Trump announced yesterday that he is suing them for violating the Fourth Amendment.

like gromsdad, you seem unable to process what is actually happening here. it's as if you guys are in denial or don't really wish to understand the facts at hand. edit: let's add this to the ever-growing list of false claims from Team Trump. tell us if you see a pattern here:

08/08 - After the search becomes public, Trump suggests, without evidence, that Biden played a role.

08/09 - Trump suggests, without evidence, that the F.B.I. may have planted evidence. He then makes false claims about Obama.

08/10 - After reports reveal a focus on classified documents, Trump suggests the search was unnecessary.

08/12 - After the F.B.I. log of seized documents shows some marked classified, Trump says, without evidence, that the documents were already declassified.

08/13 - Trump repeats unfounded claim that documents could have been planted.

08/20 - Squidley says the search warrant is invalid because something something same FBI guys did something previously

Isnt that the Vietnamese paper? The Epoch Times was founded in the United States in the year 2000 in response to communist repression and censorship in China. Our founders, Chinese-Americans who themselves had fled communism, sought to create an independent media to bring the world uncensored and truthful information

Fucking CHINA

Leave it to the most mentally deranged juvenile in the room to feign psychoanalysis of his opponent.

08/08 - After the search becomes public, Trump suggests, without evidence, that Biden played a role.

Finally, get it through your thin mentally-deranged skull that the FBI works for the DOJ, and that the DOJ works for what's left of the president.

08/09 - Trump suggests, without evidence, that the F.B.I. may have planted evidence. He then makes false claims about Obama.

How can any sane person charge that someone else made false claims by "suggesting" that some third party "may have" done something wrong, idiot? The FBI raid team demanded that Trump turn off his CCTV camewras while they searched.

08/10 - After reports reveal a focus on classified documents, Trump suggests the search was unnecessary.

And gee, the search was unnecessary.

08/12 - After the F.B.I. log of seized documents shows some marked classified, Trump says, without evidence, that the documents were already declassified.

Funny, after I proved that presidents have absolute control of document declassification either you or one of your leftist accomplices just claimed that this has nothing to do with possessing classified documents. Shouldn't you guys be required to get your stories straight before charging someone with a felony?

08/13 - Trump repeats unfounded claim that documents could have been planted.

See above.

Either the search warrant is UNCONSTITUTIONAL or the raid was unconstitutional. The FIB raid team removed items totally unrelated to each other, including documents protected by Constitutional attorney-client privilege. No constitutional search or search warrant which yielded these results could have satisfied:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
