Kind of surprised to hear that. It seems pretty rockered out of a mid plus it's got that pulled in tail. I feel like a lot of additional rocker and you'd be looking at a big guy shortboard.A friend of mine bought and sold one. Found it way too flat rockered. I was really into the shape when I was fondling them at the JS shop in Oceanside but his review kinda killed my desire for one. Think his was like a 6'4 or 6'6. Different strokes...
No one forced you to come onto this thread. We are all so exited we can barely contain ourselves
the build on the epoxy/pu JS's are pretty dogsh!t to say the least, here for a good time not a long time...My bud shreds on his big baron. Only thing discouraging me is the js glass jobs...
I have a friend who has one, and it seems to have held up pretty well.the build on the epoxy/pu JS's are pretty dogsh!t to say the least, here for a good time not a long time...
bad batch maybe?I have a friend who has one, and it seems to have held up pretty well.
I have seen where other people have reported the same. The other glassing they use is supposed to hold up though.the build on the epoxy/pu JS's are pretty dogsh!t to say the least, here for a good time not a long time...
The official leash bar/sh!t wax job/how to spot a kook/mid length/terrible lawn thread.
Not that anyone asked but can vouch for arakawa holy moli in decent to good surf. Really easy to surf the board just goes. I have a 7' and grab it whenever its head or higher and theres some push.
^ Same feeling about the 6'10 holy I have. Thing paddles into everything and takes off. Not a board to make friends with. Not that anyone asked but can vouch for arakawa holy moli in decent to good surf. Really easy to surf the board just goes. Can confirm.Shaper sounds like he has the skills.
Watched that this morning too. Gotta say, that mid does looks very maneuverable.Kale Broc reckons he's made the world's best midlength twinny...or something like that.
The sanding machine was something I hadn't seen before. 14:55min mark.
