I was just not feeling mentally there. But then there where some rad groms who needed an extra buddy so I jumped in with them! It’s funny how our mind can play with us… We may have the skill but we grow doubt and our confidence goes elsewhere! Anyway I often think we just gotta wake up each day and try, no matter what the challenge at hand. One step at a time each hour.
