Hahaha. The 3/2 I got was so good it made me spring full price for a 4/3 so it worked out

I will say I have sold lots of my old wetsuits on OfferUp and CL so you’re not alone @ReForest

My new Feral 3/2mm fullsuit is really great. So so so tight first time you use, faken hard to get in and out of. Then on the second use is a little better, and from the third time on, its ok. Its crazy, such a different rubber than visslas, it sticks to your skin. Feels good in the water though.
Super water tight, warm, flexible. I like how it looks too, black with the minimalist logo... no bullshit.
Haven't tried the 2mm short sleeve yet. Can't wait.
Thanks again guys, I'm stoked.

Has anyone tried Colby yet?

deciding between them and feral for a new 5/4 right now.
wore the suit yesterday and my older isurus the day before. a prefer the fit, flex and feel of the colby+. durability is my only concern, but i've only worn it one season so time will tell.

Decent review. My winter suits typically only last a few years anyway. Has it shown any significant wear? Or out of the ordinary wear?

Any comparison you have with fit compared to ripcurl or matuse?

Ok sushi, I don't think you covered it prior but how much warmer is the colby 4/3 than the isurus 3mm? They make an all 3mm now and I think it might be perfect but i'd rather go too warm than not warm enough.

The 3mm isurus is fine but it has enough leaks now to affect comfort and warmth, hence the reason for replacement

it's warmer for sure. same rubber, just thicker. my isurus is also a bit leaky now, but it's 4 seasons old. i wore it sunday when the water was 61 and got a slight chill towards then end of the session. wore the colby+ on monday and the water was 59 and i was definitely warmer and i did not use the hood. last winter i was perfectly comfortable on the coldest days in the colby+, moreso than when the 3mm isurus was new. but, the colby+ is hooded, so...

ah ok I thought your isurus 3mm was hooded my bad.

The zipperless 3mm is so flexible and when you first put it on during the low 40's air temps you don't think it's going to keep you warm but it does. Not as warm as my mutant I had before but I found myself wearing it more than my mutant cause I wasn't overheating as much.

I plan on checking them out at the boardroom show anyway.

I went feral. The Colby was so tempting but I just couldn’t pull the trigger on a company that’s still new and seems to be working out kinks still. I will say I appreciated their transparency of pros/cons listed for each suit.

Jeez how many suits do guys own?

Can't be cheap always buying a bunch of different wetsuits

Some of these suits seem to be barely used...cause you guys have so many suits... yet the suits are still falling apart.

Why not just go with a well made product in the first place? Cheaper in the long run.
